A: There is no way to give a one-size-fits-all answer to this question. For one, bathrooms vary so much in size. And the product choices you make will have a big impact on costs, too.

A: No, we never ask for final payment until after your project is complete and you are satisfied. (It’s never a good idea to pay a contractor in full before a job is done).
What we’ll do is set up weekly payments that happen as your project progresses, and final payment is not collected until it is finished.
This builds in accountability – we have a strong incentive to keep your project moving forward – that’s peace of mind for you.

A: Yes. Unlike many bathroom remodeling contractors in the Memphis area, we do not operate out of a truck or a home. We have a real office and a showroom you’re welcome to visit. Go here for more about our showroom and hours of operation.
Most of our customers visit the showroom after first having a consultation at their home, but you’re always welcome to stop by. We’re friendly!

We have a very good track record of completing remodels in a timely way. Our online reviews back that statement up.
Can we absolutely guarantee that there never will be an unexpected delay? We can’t promise that. For one, we are human and can’t say we never make a mistake. And sometimes there are issues like a delayed product order that is out of our hands.

A: There are some Memphis remodeling contractors that will leave it to you to figure this out. Other remodeling companies will try to push you into using certain products.
We’re a happy medium between those extremes.
We have the expertise to help steer you away from low-quality products, but we also never use pressure and we’re never condescending when sharing our knowledge.

No surprises. No headaches coming from left field. Simply put, before we begin you need to move your belongings out of the bathroom we’re going to be remodeling. That bathroom will be off limits during the brunt of the process and it would be ideal to let our crews do what they do best. Thankfully, in all these years we’ve never had a customer who didn’t have another bathroom to use in the meantime.
