Concerned Kitchen Remodel Costs Will Spiral Out Of Control?
Robbins Construction Keeps Everything Clear & Honest
Kitchen Remodel Pricing For Memphis & Surrounding Communities
We know homeowners often have concerns about kitchen remodeling budgets, and one of the biggest is whether costs will rise once the project starts.
They hear a contractor say, “here’s a rough estimate” and immediately think “that sounds a lot like a blank check.”
It’s true that some kitchen remodeling companies fail to control the budgeting process, and that can mean cost overruns and unclear pricing.
But that’s not us. We’ve designed a simple two-step process for budgeting out your kitchen remodel that leaves you in control every step of the way.
Our Two-Step Method For Getting You An Accurate Price For Your Kitchen Remodel
First Step – We’ll Give You A Budget Range After An Initial Consultation
After meeting with you at your home and thoroughly discussing your project, we’ll provide you with an estimate range for your kitchen remodel.
With this method, you’re in complete control of the process. If the range we provide is not to your liking, we part as friends.
A major kitchen remodel runs between $40,000-$120,000 depending on the size of your kitchen. A minor renovation averages between $35,000-$80,000. These prices are flexible and just an estimate, but we always want to be straightforward.
If the estimate range sounds good to you, we ask for a deposit and move to the second step.
Second Step – We Nail Down An Exact Quote Using Your Product Choices
Next, we’ll invite you to our showroom so you can begin product selection. (You’ll also have the option of choosing products from other sources). As you make each selection, we’ll be able to tell you exactly how that affects your overall budget:
- If you want to stay on the lower end of the budget range, you can choose more moderately priced products.
- If you want premium products, we’ll tell you how much that will affect final pricing.
But whatever you choose, it is YOU who remains in control. Once we have all of your selections, we’ll nail down a final quote. We don’t start the work until you have signed off on a final price.[/tab]
A Note On Product Quality And Price (Also Known As ‘You Get What You Pay For’)
We do want to note that all the products we recommend are of good quality. We’re not the kind of kitchen remodeler that will install the cheapest stuff just because it’s cheap.
The biggest problem with inferior products is they are a poor long-term value. In the long run, you’ll end up paying to repair or replace them. In other words, those cheap products usually end up costing more in the end. We don’t install “junk”, learn about why!
We’re the best fit for someone looking for a kitchen remodeling project using products that range from good to premium quality. If you are only looking for the cheapest stuff no matter the quality, we are probably not a good fit for your remodel.
