And When It Came Time To Remodel A Bathroom 2 Years Later, “We Didn’t Even Consider Contacting Anyone Else”
Back in 2017, Mary K. Grantham and her husband decided it was time to remodel their kitchen. Robbins Construction was already on their radar because they’d done other projects in the neighborhood.
“We toured one of the remodels they’d done, and everyone had great things to say about them,” Mary K. said.

Mary K. appreciated that Robbins Construction has a showroom – it made product selection easier and more pleasant.
“We had a couple of meetings in their showroom,” Mary K. said. “They have such a good selection and the recommendations were always on point.”
‘They Took A Lot Of Care’
When asked about the quality of the installers and how it was to deal with them in her home every day, Mary K. said this:
“I can’t say enough good things. They were very respectful of our space and they took a lot of care to keep things clean. The whole area was well taped and contained. I was actually pleasantly surprised by how well it went.”
Communication. Communication. And More Communication.
One of the biggest complaints homeowners have about remodeling contractors is that some will disappear for stretches at a time, and often with little to no communication as to why. On top of that, even when ‘on the job,’ many contractors fail to give regular status updates.
Mary K. had the exact opposite experience with Robbins Construction.
“The communication was great,” Mary K. said. “It was constant with phone calls and text messages – everything I needed to know.”
She added that by the time they did a 2nd remodel with Robbins Construction, they were also utilizing software so customers had another communication resource. “I could access everything there, too. The communication really couldn’t be better.”
A Raving Fan Of The Kitchen Remodeling Results
When the kitchen was finished, Mary K. couldn’t overstate how pleased she was.
“Honestly, the kitchen was even better than we had envisioned,” she said. “And it’s so functional, too. I can’t say enough good things about it.”
It Was Kind Of A ‘No-Brainer’
Two years later, the Granthams needed a bathroom remodel, and it was a foregone conclusion that they would call on Robbins again.
“We did not even consider contacting anyone else,” Mary K. said. “We had worked so well together – it was kind of a ‘no-brainer’.”
One of the Grantham’s children needed the bathroom to have special accessibility features and Robbins Construction was up to the task.
“They were very well versed in ADA compliance type of materials,” Mary K. said. “And, just like the last time, they took a lot of our ideas and then told us how they could make it work.”
And once again, the Granthams loved the results.
“It really is the best of both worlds. It needed updating and now it has a cleaner feel,” she said. “It also is open and functional and allows my son to do everything independently.”
